West Side Condo

This cozy condo on Tucson’s Westside was ripe for refreshment. Situated in Menlo Park, it is adjacent to Tumamoc Hill, Mercado San Agustin, Downtown and the University of Arizona. We refreshed this unit with new paint throughout, resurfaced a bath tub and took care of lots of additional repairs.

This unit had been a somewhat neglected rental unit when we added it to our portfolio. Needing small items from paint and fresh HVAC filters, to tub refinishing, new kitchen faucet, toilet repairs and repair to the sliding glass doors.

Each time this unit is vacant, we have a TON of interest and quality tenants to choose from. Menlo Park is seeing lots of development, perhaps a controversial amount in the wake of the stalled out Rio Nuevo development. But there is no doubt that it is a desirable location in Tucson.

Luxury Ranch Updates

Offering panoramic views of the nearby mountains in three directions, this gorgeous custom home on Tucson’s west-side sits on 1.3 acres. Whole home was recently updated in with new wood-look tile throughout, stacked stone fireplace, updated cabinets and new fixtures. Since Blue Topaz acquired this project, we have upped the level of luxury with a beautiful custom pool and spa from Presidential Pools and smart home features inside and out.

Additionally we converted an existing carport to an oversized one-car garage featuring rustic look garage door. Garage is complete with ample powered workshop space. Desert appropriate landscaping complete with irrigation, low-voltage lighting and a custom triangle shaped pergola makes this ranch-style home a real sanctuary. Just two miles from I-10, when the coyotes howl late at night or when you see a pack of javelina cross the road, you’ll feel like you’re in a desert oasis.
